I am a Physical Therapist with a master’s degree in health and sport Sciences. Currently I am coursing my PhD in Exercise Science at UConn. My main research interests are the effects of exercise on health and performance in athletic and non-athletic populations.

As an exercise professional I enjoy doing all kinds of physical activity, either lifting weights at the gym or going for an outdoor hike. I strongly believe that sport and exercise are the best medicines for a healthy body and mind.
